Our Policy

Cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before appointment. $50 deposit fee is required at the time of booking and it is applied towards services. In the case of no shows $50 deposit fee is non-refundable. Failure to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee of $50 or the full amount of your appointment deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. If we do not have your credit card on file or if the card declines you will be required to pay the fee before scheduling any future appointments. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE to a new appointment.

No shows or late cancelation (less than 24 hours) will result in $50 cancelation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you appointment will be canceled and $50 cancelation fee will be applied.
